Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet shipped, a full cancellation is typically possible.

If the order has already shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return (see Return Policy below).

How to Cancel

  • Provide your order number.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation (e.g., personalized or custom-made items). Such exceptions will be noted on the product description page.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, seals, or packaging intact (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).
  • Digital goods, perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and certain health or personal care items may be non-returnable. This will be indicated at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support via email/phone with your order details (order number, product name, reason for return).
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Ship the item securely in the original packaging or a comparable box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers may be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error by us.
  • Original shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection and Processing

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items.
  • If the product(s) meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., signs of use, missing parts, or intentional damage).

  • We will cover any additional shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items and will work to replace the product or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
